These 45 minute speed session teach children how to run faster and why !. There are full on sessions with a games based approach where we teach the art of speed, acceleration , top end speed, agility, change of direction, power, within mini games based scenarios.

This class is for children who are attending secondary school. No primary / junior school children can attend these classes.

This class is taught exclusively by Aled Hughes.
